Suspension and Termination of Services

You can terminate your subscription at any time through your account management page. Such termination will result in the deactivation or disablement of your monthly period kit subscription. Terminations may take up to 48 hours to confirm and you will not be charged again for that subscription unless your purchase a new one.

If you hold a 50 percent off coupon from the survey day we conducted in June of 2017, we will still honor it till 2024 under mass. We will also cross-reference your email provided to us during the survey as that was the terms and conditions when you took the survey to be eligible for the coupon and the chance of winning the Amazon gift card (Under the federal law, gift cards cannot expire within 5 (five) years from the date they were activated (Credit Card Accountability and Disclosure Act). Under the Massachusetts law, gift cards must be redeemable for a minimum of 7 (seven) years from its date of issuance. However, you can clearly indicate the date of issuance and expiration date. If the expiration date is not made available, the gift card/certificates are to be redeemable in perpetuity. In other words, unless the expiration date is indicated, the gift cards will never expire.
